1 years of experience in supervising, training, or directing othersJob DescriptionCLC Senior Supplier Business AnalystThis position is tasked with managing larger supplier relationships supporting the bank and all employeesThis job requires skills in managing people, both internal and supplier staffsCompliance to policy is a significant portion of the jobFinding and developing new suppliers is important at this level.Participates in development and ongoing management of supplier performance modelRisk Management awareness and experience is important for this position.
Responsibilities:
Supports Third Party Risk by validating risk assessments, resolution of past due assessments, and participating in the management of supplier business reviews.Supplier Management - Manage suppliers by conducting weekly/quarterly reviews, scorecard performance reviewsMaintain governance plan.Customer Service - Provide customer service to Comerica employees by working on escalations, and acting as a liaison between Comerica and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy per contractual service levels (manage by data/outcomes.)Contract Management - Maintain reporting and management of contract expirations, renewals, and notifications.Catalog Management - Maintain supplier listing (categories, critical activities.)Supplier Continuous Improvement -- Support strategic supplier initiatives of the bank to improve quality of deliverables to customersParticipate in activities that help implement resolution from control test resultsHelp identify potential suppliers who could serve the needs of our organization.Other duties as assignedWork Hours8:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
